Each and every development project is unique, it is therefore difficult to provide exact cost indications without thoroughly understanding the individual site.

Some projects will just require minimal input such as the design of an individual house type, whereas others may require the whole array of professional services that Urban Aspects offer from planning appraisal and scheme design through to the submission and management of a detailed planning application.

We are therefore able to quote for providing our services on either an hourly basis, or a fixed price for an individual project. We would be pleased to discuss this with you on a project by project basis.

In certain circumstances, we will give consideration to providing our services speculatively, whereby projects are taken forward on a joint-venture basis with the landowner or developer. In such instances an enhanced fee may become payable in the event of a particular success or result.
