Managing Director Russell Ranford has a significant depth and breadth of experience in both the Public and Private sectors. Initially trained in Urban Planning he went on to complete an Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Planning. Russell has worked for a number of local planning authority departments within both rural and urban authorities. Most recently Russell has gained considerable experience working with both National and Regional Developers on both Residential and Mixed-Use schemes, most recently as Land and Planning Director. Russell is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Development Director Gary Pavey is a qualified professional who has nearly twenty years experience of working for national and regional residential developers, private architectural practices and local authorities. He is accomplished in all areas relating to the appraisal, design and construction of a range of developments. A highly motivated and committed individual Gary has a real enthusiasm for practical and good quality architectural design and has a proven history of successful planning consents.
